Convert IncrediMail Emails using IncrediMail Converter
Open IncrediMail Converter software [Click on start-> All Programs-> IncrediMail Converter Pro-> IncrediMail Converter Pro]. This step will open your software and you will the screen which is given below:

If you do not have IncrediMail installed in your system and you have exported the IMM files then also this software can convert your IMM files with the following options:
Select folder option and then it will choose all the IncrediMail files which are present in a folder. This feature saves time and is very quick.
Select file option and then choose a single file or you can a file one by one.
Click on the save option and a new message box would appear which will give you exactly 9 conversion options in different formats:
MBX, HTML, PDF, PST, EMLX, RTF, MSG, EML, MBOX.
Now, choose your desired location and then select the file naming options.
The conversion process will begin and from the progress you can check overall progress.
The software will convert all the files successfully and popup windows will appear.
